When the owner of Shoes by Serena contact Kimmy The Great, Inc she was in the process of relaunching the brand to introduce a new line of exclusive styles she’d designed.
Moving her business model from wholesale supplier to shoe designer was an accomplishment she needed to maximize. You go girl!
The goal was two-fold, to optimize the current site built on the Shopify platform, and develop a social content strategy that would relieve the team of day to day social media management and take the guess work of promoting the brand and products for a business owner with competing priorities.

Working with Shoes by Serena required blending product marketing with creative expression to create a marketing plan that captured the brand's identity and niche market. Kimmy The Great, Inc. developed brand messaging that established a unique and powerful tone of voice, seamlessly merging culture and lifestyle with a brand that is bold, unapologetic, and sexy.
Our collaboration with the entrepreneur and founder leaned heavily on our role as Chief Hype Officer, encouraging the business owner to embrace influencer marketing and consumer-generated activations. This approach enabled the development of a content strategy that minimized reliance on costly, heavily produced photo shoots.
